Speck Stube Malcesine was born in the early Eighties from the dream of Mario and Enza Forelli, in love with this corner of Lake Garda and eager to create something authentic: the first and original Speck Stube of the territory.
After 44 years of activity, the place is today carried on with the same passion together with the sons Max and Paolo, in a perfect balance between tradition and family continuity. We carefully select high quality Italian products and the excellences of South Tyrol, p.g.i. and Slow Food certified, offering an experience made of taste, hospitality and identity.

Enjoy the speck stube experience

At Speck Stube in Malcesine you will find traditional cuisine with dishes prepared on a wood-fired rotisserie, quality Italian products and specialties from South Tyrol. Immersed in the greenery of centuries-old olive trees, our restaurant is a place to meet in conviviality and enjoy a break in nature: we are open without interruption from 12 to 23, from mid-March to the end of October, with free parking, playground and live music on special days.
