The obtaining of the registered trademark “Speck Stube” marks an important milestone, confirming identity and uniqueness.
Today, after 44 years of activity, the story continues thanks to the synergy with the sons Max and Paolo, who support Mario and Enza bringing new energy without betraying the original spirit. In the kitchen and in the dining room tradition and attention to the needs of each customer meet, with a selection of top choice Italian products and the excellences of South Tyrol, i.g.p. and Slow Food certified.

The Speck Stube of Malcesine, managed by the Forelli family, is the original. Since 2014 it is also part of the Garda D.O.P. oil supply chain as a producer, testifying to a constant commitment to quality and territory.
